Aplikacija svojim implementiranim modulima omogućuje gradovima primjenu mobilnih tehnologija u različitim segmentima njihovoga djelovanja. Segmentima kao što je zbrinjavanje otpada, rad dječjih vrtića, kontrola kvalitete okoline, komunalne djelatnosti i slično. U radu je prikazana struktura mobilne aplikacije i način njenoga rada.
