V diplomskem delu sem se osredotočila na pomen timskega dela, ki je v sodobnih časih nepogrešljivo. Fokusirala sem se na ključne elemente nastanka tima, na vlogo vodje tima, na pomembnost karakteristik pri oblikovanju tima, pomen uspešne komunikacije in na reševanje konfliktov v timu.In the diploma work I focused on the importance of teamwork, which is indispensable in modern times.
