A 11-year old girl with solar urticaria and alloalbuminemia is described. The phototests elicited the appearance of an urticarian reaction only in the visible spectrum between 400 and 425 nm. Alloalbuminemia was detected also in the patient's mother who didn't showed any photosensitivity
