Возможности гидрокинезотерапии в реабилитации детей с болезнью Литтля

Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the effect of hydrokinetic therapy on the progress of functional abilities of the musculoskeletal system of children with Little's disease. At the beginning of the study, according to the results of the electromyogram it was established that children with Little's disease have increased tone of the large thoracic and rectus muscles of the thigh, the trapezius, the medial gluteal, and the anterior tibial muscles are relaxed. The results of goniometry revealed a limitation of mobility in flexion and extension in the hip, knee and ankle joints. At the end of the study the improvement of all indicators of children of both groups was noted, however, comparative analysis revealed a greater improvement in the results of children in the experimental group, and it confirms the important role of hydrokinetic therapy in treating of children with Little's disease.В статье приведены итоги изучения влияния гидрокинезотерапии на развитие функциональных способностей костно-мышечной системы у детей с болезнью Литтля. В начале исследования по результатам электромиограммы установлено, что у детей с болезнью Литтля повышен тонус больших грудных и прямой мышцы бедра, расслаблены трапециевидная, средняя ягодичная и передняя большеберцовая мышцы. Результаты гониометрии выявили ограничение подвижности при сгибании и разгибании в тазобедренных, коленных и голеностопных суставах. В конце исследования отмечено улучшение всех показателей у детей обеих групп, однако, сравнительный анализ выявил более значительное улучшение результатов у детей экспериментальной группы, что подтверждает важную роль гидрокинезотерапии в лечении детей с болезнью Литтля
