Siendo el género un constructo social presente en todos los ámbitos de la vida de una persona, y siendo conscientes de la importancia de una perspectiva de género en el ámbito laboral, en el siguiente trabajo se ha realizado un análisis cualitativo de las diferencias de género según diferentes experiencias de técnicos y cooperantes de la acción humanitaria en el ámbito sanitario. En él se estudian la presencia de diferencias de género en distintos ámbitos como son el ámbito de conciliación familiar, el laboral y el de salud, apoyándose en estudios previos en los que se relacionan las variables edad y la experiencia laboral, entre otras, con el género. Como resultado principal, se puede decir que las desigualdades de género están presentes en este sector humanitario y que hay que seguir investigando sobre ellas.Given that gender is a social construct which is present through all aspects of a person's life, and being aware of the importance of a gender perspective in the work sphere, this work presents a qualitative analysis of the experiences of aid workers in the health field. The presence of gender differentiation has been studied here related to different aspects: family conciliation, work environment, health etc., relying upon previous studies that connect the gender with variables such as age and working experience.
