Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Max Power Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. MaxPower Indonesia. In this study the population is all employees of PT. MaxPower Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed to 41 respondents. Sampling in this study is using saturation / census, namely the technique of determining the number of samples if all members of the population are used as samples while the data analysis method used is descriptive method and quantitative method using primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and research questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that motivation and discipline, have an influence on the performance of employees of PT Max Power Indonesia Pekanbaru branch
