Pandemia da Covid-19: o ensino remoto e o trabalho do professor de dança

Abstract

This article searchs to present the dance teacher’s vision of public schools of basic education from João Pessoa-PB, about the aspects that debilitate their work’s conditions, specially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This work was realized as from a qualitative research, founded on Dialetic-Historic Materialism and on dialetic method for data analysis. It was interviewed 11 teachers of dance area that teaching to Childhood Education, Elementary School I and II and in the Young and Adults’ Education, that entered in the public schools teaching system’s in 2015 through the exam realized by the municipal government of João Pessoa-PB (Rescript nº 01/2013). The founded results shows the way that those teachers understand each other as workers and how they perceive precarious aspects in their works during the pandemic. Thus, if on the one hand the teachers were responsible for the errors and failures of the remote classes, on the other hand they take responsibility for to make that the teaching and learning process during the pandemic could work, searching to welcome the students during a situation of social restrictions and human losses.O presente artigo busca apresentar a visão de professores de dança de escolas municipais da educação básica de João Pessoa-PB acerca de aspectos que precarizam suas condições de trabalho, especialmente, durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Esse trabalho foi realizado a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa, fundamentada no Materialismo Histórico-Dialético e no método dialético para análise dos dados. Foram entrevistados 11 professores da área de dança que lecionam para os segmentos da Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental I e II e Educação de Jovens e Adultos, que ingressaram na rede pública municipal de ensino em 2015 a partir do concurso realizado pela Prefeitura Municipal de João Pessoa-PB (Edital nº 01/2013). Os resultados encontrados demonstraram o modo com que esses professores se entendem enquanto trabalhadores e como percebem aspectos da precarização em seu trabalho durante a pandemia. Portanto, se por um lado, os professores foram responsabilizados pelas falhas e insucessos das aulas remotas, por outro, eles próprios assumiram a responsabilidade em fazer com que o processo de ensino e aprendizagem em meio a pandemia funcionasse, buscando acolher os estudantes em meio a uma situação de restrições sociais e perdas humanas
