Pemanfaatan Diagram dalam Penyelesaian Soal Cerita Materi Pecahan Kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of utilization diagram against the students ' ability in solving problems such as story material fractions grade VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. The research method used was pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. A sample of these studies amounted to 29 students. From the analysis of the data obtained, the students average pretest score is 9,5 while the students average posttest score is 12,2. From the calculation of the t-test, it is obtained the tvalue ttabel or 13,83 > 11,3. then there are differences in the ability of students before and after treatment. Based on the analysis of the data, obtained results that provide increased Utilization Diagram learning score biggest at the student's level of ability. Based on these data it can be concluded that the Utilization Diagram learning effect in the resolution of a question of Story Material fractions class VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak
