Uji Kandungan Metabolit Sekunder Tumbuhan Obat yang Terdapat di Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Abstract

This research was conducted from October 2016 to January 2017 in the Rambah Samo subdistrict Rokan Hulu district. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of secondary metabolites of medicinal plants found in the Rambah Samo district. This research used experimental method with reference of “Harborne”. The results showed that the leaves of Cassia alata identified contain flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins and phenolics, while the leaves of Gynura procumbens compound identified containing flavonoids, steroids, saponins, tannins and phenolics, and also leaves of Pluchea indica identified containing flavonoids, steroids, tannins and phenolics
