Abstract

Violence in any form is not allowed, as well as in family life, especially in women. Violence against women includes all actions that result, misery or suffering to women's physical, sexual, psychological, including threats, coercion and arbitrary deprivation of liberty, whether occurring in public or in private life. Al-Qur'an rejects physical and sexual violence, including wife beating is nusyuz and refer to the reconciliation as the solution, prohibiting the exploitation of women for prostitution, prohibiting sexual harassment. Concerning the issue of psychological violence, al-Qur'an prohibit adhal or treat women as objects of inheritance, prohibiting neglect his wife and ex-wife. Meanwhile, al-Qur'an expressly gives women the right of ownership and property settings
