Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Berwawasan Lingkungan (Ekodrainase) di Kelurahan Sekaran Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang

Abstract

Drainage system is one of infrastructure and it has function to drain the surface water that comes from rain water as soon as possible to the receiving water bodies such as river and sea. In this case, there is a design of drainage system which designed with eco drainage concept. Eco-drainage is a new concept of sustainable drainage system to cope with environment's problem such as runoff, flooding, lack of ground water or clean water, and also water and soil contamination. The main principle of this concept is to absorb the surface water as much as possible. The purposes of this design are to make an analysis about the existing condition of drainage system and make a design of eco-drainage system in Kelurahan Sekaran. This design has done in 2 steps: first, evaluate the existing condition to make a comparison between the existing and the design, and second, make the design of eco-drainage technology that has been chosen: infiltration well, LBR and detention pond to reduce the runoff. The result from this design is eco-drainage can make the water absorbed 7,61 m3/det, and the runoff that can discharged is about 9,02 m3/det
