Green ideas, green management, green products and other concepts are constantly raised and rising, green logistics is one of them. Green logistics management is the focus of the logistics field in the new era. Modern green logistics can promote environmental development, reduce environmental pollution and meet the needs of society. In essence, logistics can effectively design goods according to people’s needs, and develop, design and transport goods in a purposeful and regular way in the production of goods. Logistics management is to use different methods and forms to ensure that the logistics can be carried out in accordance with the standardization, to meet the interaction between different forms of logistics work and continuously improve the efficiency of logistics operation. In the specific logistics work, including product transportation, processing, packaging and other links, different logistics links need to consume certain resources. Because of many un-grasped factors in the course of logistics and transportation management, some polluting and harmful products will appear in the course of transportation, which has a negative impact on people’s life and environmental protection. Modern green logistics has become the main trend of economic development. Based on the theory of ecological economy and environmental protection, green logistics should be put into practice under the interference of psychology, and be strictly managed and supervised. Reasonable and standard supervision and management forms should be used to effectively promote the development of green logistics and the effective development of green logistics. Objective: Positive psychology is not only a revolution in the field of psychology, but also a new milestone in the history of human society. It is a new science that studies the traditional psychology from a positive angle. The formation of positive psychology as a research field is marked by Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi’s paper “Introduction to positive psychology” published in January 2000. It adopts scientific principles and methods to study happiness, advocates the positive orientation of psychology, in order to study the positive psychological quality of human beings and pay attention to their health, happiness and harmonious development. Subjects and methods: Modern green logistics management mode: 1. Cultivate green logistics management awareness. Correct and effective management awareness can effectively promote the work of enterprises, in the actual process of green logistics management managers need to have some green management awareness and thinking, can gradually join the green management awareness into the actual management. 2. Sorting out the internal logistics information of enterprises. The internal data information of an enterprise is the basis for the enterprise to compete effectively in the market. In order to meet the demand of the enterprise for operation in the market, it is necessary to continuously reform and improve the data information and resources existing in the enterprise, effectively enhance the effective role of different data information and resources, complete the effective development of different chains in the development of the enterprise and maximize the economic benefits of the logistics enterprise. (III) Build an information platform for green logistics management. Information technology and network play an important role in logistics management. It is valuable to apply it to enterprise logistics management. (IV) Improve the government’s supervision capacity. The government should give full play to its own functions and supervision in the green logistics management to ensure the healthy development of logistics products in the society. (V) Effectively explore the development of green logistics. At present, there are many environmental problems to be solved in the society, and the logistics field has certain influence on the environmental pollution. The idea of green logistics management can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem. Now the idea of green logistics is just born, and has not formed a fixed system and cognition, but it has been supported and concerned by the masses of people. Green logistics should be based on reducing pollution and consumption, using high- tech means to achieve the logistics of all aspects of the work. Through standard, systematic management means, constantly reduce the logistics pollution, effectively play the value of logistics, make logistics can effectively develop and progress in society. Based on the application of positive psychology in the above points, the impact of the audience on the implementation of green logistics management strategy was investigated. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to 100 randomly selected audiences and 95 valid questionnaires were retrieved. Using Excel statistical positive psychology under the background of green logistics management strategy. Results: The results of this survey use the influence values of 1 to 5 grades and quantitative specific factors, 1 indicating irrelevance, 2 indicating slight influence, 3 indicating general influence, 4 indicating obvious influence, and 5 indicating full influence. In order to reduce the relatively large error caused by individual subjectivity in the evaluation, the evaluation values of 100 audiences are adopted and the average values are rounded off to obtain the results. It mainly studies the psychological process of teacher-student interaction and the psychological phenomenon in the process of teaching and learning. Educational psychology is an interdisciplinary subject with distinct characteristics, which is mainly manifested in the overlapping of psychological science and educational science, basic science and applied science, and natural science and humanities. The focus of educational psychology is the application of psychological theories or research to education. Educational psychology can be used to design courses, improve teaching methods, stimulate learning motivation and help students to face the difficulties and challenges in the process of growth. The concrete research category of educational psychology revolves around the interaction process between learning and teaching. The interaction between learning and teaching is a systematic process, which includes five elements: students, teachers, teaching content, teaching media and teaching environment, which is interwoven by learning process, teaching process and evaluation/reflection process. The reform of talent training mode is an overall and systematic work in the teaching reform of colleges and universities.
