Časopis je glasilo me-đunarodne asocijacije kineskih stručnja-ka u geoinformacijskim znanostima, a iz-davač časopisa je Francis &Taylor. Do 2009. izlazila su dva sveska godišnje, a potom četiri sveska. Uredništvo pozi-va autore da u časopisu objavljuju svo-je izvorne ideje o teoriji, metodama, ra-zvoju i primjenama u području geoinfor-macijske znanosti. Očekuju se članci iz ovih područja: daljinska istraživanja i prikupljanje podataka geoinformacijski sustavi geovizualizacija i virtualni geografski okoliši prostorne analize i modeliranje modeliranje nesigurnosti.Annals of GISAnnals of GISThe journal has been published since 1995 and until 2008 it had been published under the title Geographic Information Sciences. In 2009 it changed to Annals of GIS. It is the official organ of the international association of Chinese experts in geoinformation sciences and its publisher is Francis &Taylor. Up to 2009 two volumes had been published annually and later four. The edito-rial board has been inviting authors to publish their original ideas on theory, methods, development and applications in the field of geoinformation science. The articles are expected from the fol-lowing fields: remote sensing and data acquisition geoinformation systems geovisualization and virtual geo-graphic environments spatial analysis and modelling uncertainty modelling.Complete texts are not available as free on the Internet.
