PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN DALAM BERORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMA LABSCHOOL RAWAMANGUN, JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara keaktifan berorganisasi dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Labschool Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur pada tanggal 4 – 5 Juni 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta Timur tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 251 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 146 siswa. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Labschool Rawamangun. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara keaktifan berorganisasi dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of organizational activeness and learning motivation on student achievement of Labschool Senior High School Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This research conducted at Labschool Senior High School Rawamangun, East Jakarta on June 4th – 5 th 2018. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. The population of research is all student of XI grade of Labschool Senior High School Rawamangun East Jakarta year 2017/2018 total 251 students.
