基于对钛渣碳热氯化反应的热力学计算,系统地分析了不同碳/矿比、氯气量和反应温度下氯化炉尾气中的平衡CO/CO2摩尔比值(qEq),并与新型复合流化床作氯化反应器的钛渣碳热氯化实验值(qEx,0.2~0.3)和文献参考值(qR进行了比较.结果显示,qEx接近qRe但小于qEq,这与对沸腾氯化工艺的预期情况相符.炉渣的物相分析结果表明,qEx<qEq的主要原因是钛渣及石油焦在复合流化床中停留时间过短致使碳热氯化反应来不及达到平衡及钛渣中CaOMgO,SiO2等氧化物杂质参与碳热氯化反应而影响qEx
