En las primeras décadas del siglo XIX se inicia en España un proceso histórico de
grandes reformas políticas y de una profunda transformación educativa. La Constitución
de Cádiz de 1812 será la base del nuevo régimen político que motiva una legislación escolar
que traduce al plano educativo los derechos recogidos en ella, intentando proyectar un
sistema educativo estatal y secular. No es un proceso acabado, a aquella le siguieron otras
constituciones como las de 1837, 1845, 1869, 1873 y 1876 que van pautando el desarrollo
político de nuestra sociedad. A la par se van sucediendo leyes y disposiciones legislativas
que tienen como objetivo estructurar, dando orden y sentido, la educación española promoviendo
innovaciones pedagógicas y modernizando el currículum.In the first decades of the nineteenth century begins in Spain a great historical process

the legislative basis for a new political system that encourages a law school education level
which translates to the rights contained in it, trying to project a secular state and education

At the same time are happening laws and legislation aimed at structuring, giving order
and meaning, promoting Spanish education educational innovations and modernizing the
