Wystepowanie torfowisk zrodliskowych na tle typow krajobrazu Pojezierza Mazurskiego

Abstract

Torfowiska źródliskowe są to specyficzne mokradła zasilane wodą gruntową (torfowiska soligeniczne). W krajobrazie młodoglacjalnym występują głównie w strefie morenowej w miejscach kontaktu różnych jednostek geomorfologicznych. Spotykane są rzadziej w strefie równin sandrowych i obniżeń zastoiskowych. Wody gruntowe zasilające badane torfowiska należą do typu wodorowęglanowo-wapniowych (НСO₃-Са). Ze względu na wysokie walory przyrodnicze celowa jest ochrona tych torfowisk.Spring mires are the special wetlands fed by ground water (soligenous peatlands). In the post-glacial landscape they occur mostly in the zone of mora- inic uplands in the areas of contact between different geomorphological units. Spring mires may be found also in the zone of outwash plains and in the zone of ice-dammed lake origin. Ground waters supplying the investigated spring mires belong to the HСO₃-Ca type. Due to high natural qualities, the spring mires merit to be protected
