Designing the work progress when embedding the concrete mix

Abstract

Z uwagi na wielkość betonowanych elementów monolitycznych, od kilku – do kilku tysięcy m3 oraz właściwości mieszanki betonowej i warunki dostaw wskazano sposób planowania pracy zespołów wbudowujących i przesuwania się frontów robót zapewniających, w tzw. czasie dysponowanym, tj. jeszcze przed chwilą początku wiązania cementu w każdej z łączonych porcji mieszanki prawidłowe jej ułożenie, zagęszczenie i ewentualne zagładzenie wraz z uporządkowaniem i usprawnieniem realizacji całego zadania.Due to the size of the concrete monolithic objects, with volumes ranging from several to several thousand cubic meters, and in the light of the properties of the concrete mix and procurement conditions, the article suggests a method for planning the work of the embedding teams and shifting the work front, assuring, within the time remaining at disposal, i.e. before the cement starts to bond at every portion of the fused portions of the mix, proper displacement, density and potential smoothing, along with bringing the task into order and making the execution of the said task more efficient
