The most common suffered dental disease in Indonesian is gingiva periodontal and dental caries, which this disease where this disease emerges because of neglected dental and oral hygiene. This research conduct to know the relationship of technique tooth brushing and time by brushing the teeth with dental caries. The study conducted in class I MTsN Samudera Aceh Utara. The method of this study is cross sectional study approach with 109 sample. Data was collected by clinical dental examinations by using dental mirror and sonde for observation of dental health study class I with category number of index caries.
