Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the criminal procedural legislation concerning the issues of conducting a forensic psychiatric examination of minors. The author reveals the tasks of examination within the framework of the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation and provides distinctive features from examinations of a different type. It also provides an assessment of the norms of the current criminal procedural legislation and the need for its improvement in the field of criminal proceedings concerning minors.В статье представлен анализ уголовно-процессуального законодательства, касающегося вопросов проведения судебно-психиатрической экспертизы несовершеннолетних лиц. Раскрываются задачи экспертизы в рамках уголовно-процессуального законодательства РФ и приводятся отличительные особенности от экспертиз иного вида. Также дается оценка нормам действующего уголовно-процессуального законодательства и необходимости его совершенствования в области уголовного судопроизводства, касающегося несовершеннолетних лиц
