In this paper we develop a theory involving Darcy linear resistance, Forchheimer quadratic drag, horizontal density gradient, the variation of electrical conductivity due to the mixture of organic and inorganic substances in a heterogeneous Boussinesq poorly conducting polluted couple stress fluid flow (PCPCSFF) through the composite materials regarded as densely packed porous media. Initially the flow is at rest and set in motion due to initial piecewise horizontal concentration gradient. Analytical solutions for electric potential using the Maxwell field equations and for nonlinear Darcy - Forchheimer equation in the presence of couple stress and electric force are obtained. These analytical solutions are computed and the results obtained are graphically presented. These graphs show that the streamlines are closer together on the left side than on the right side and the density and pressure are closer together at the lower region implying an increase in density gradient which is favorable to purify the polluted water. The variation of electrical conductivity is shown to make PCPCSFF through a densely packed porous media acquiring smart properties which is also another mechanism to purify polluted water
