C. Van Raalte Honored Sir and Brother: Herein you receive the U. S. Patent and the Nibbelink Deed back. All is right. In the future you do not have to send any money along anymore. We can always straighten that out in my account, if you have something to do for me. I sent to Warren Wilder that Statement about the taxes. N 1/2 or NE 1/4, Section 34,1$(.5, NR 15 W. I can't find anything for that. The taxes on the South 100 acres or as it is stated in this Book, is the same, namely the south 5/8 or S.E. 1/4 section: 28 ,S 5 N of R 13 West is $8.21, office charge .25, interest between 30 and 40 cents if paid before June 1. ffoi /0,4w4.01  I remain your respectful servant, P.
