中国内陸地域の中小企業の社会的責任調査に関する経年比較分析

Abstract

Large companies and coastal companies are often mentioned in Chinese CSR researches, but small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are still not comparable to large companies in CSR implementation, for lacking sufficient basic data. This paper targets the SMEs in Chongqing City and Hubei Province located in the inland area, based on two questionnaire surveys conducted in 2013 and 2016. Three results from the research are shown below. First,local governments are strongly involved in SMEs CSR behaviors. Second, the focus of CSR implementation is reflected in corporate treatment of employees, customers, and the environment.Third, the motivation of their implementing CSR is to improve company image and employees’satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to compare the results of the surveys in 2013 and 2016, to grasp and analyze the actual situation of CSR in small and medium-sized enterprises in the inland region
