Here are presented the data about the spread of opisthorchosis and diphyllobothriasis on the territory of the Belarusian Polesie area.Over the period from 1960 to 2021, 434 cases of diphyllobothriasis and 843 cases of opisthorchosis were registered in Polesie. The largest number of people infested with opisthorchosis 758 (89,9%) and diphyllobothriasis 329 (75,8%) was found in the south-eastern part of the Polesie area. Diphyllobothriasis was registered on the territory of 30 (out of 37) administrative districts of Polesie, opisthorchosis - on the territory of 26 districts. The aim of the work is to assess the epidemic situation of opisthorchosis and diphyllobothriasis, as the most common helminthiases spread from fish, in the Belarusian Polesie area over the period from 1960 to 2021.Приведены данные о распространении описторхоза и дифиллоботриоза на территории региона белорусского Полесья. За период с 1960 г. по 2021 г. в Полесье зарегистрировано 434 случаев дифиллоботриоза и 843 случаев описторхоза. Наибольшее количество заболевших описторхозом 758 (89,9%) и дифиллоботриозом 329 (75,8%) людей выявлено в юго-восточной части Полесского региона. Дифиллоботриоз регистрировался на территории 30 (из 37) административных районов Полесья, описторхоз – на территории 26 районов. Целью работы являлась оценка эпидемической ситуации по описторхозу и дифиллоботриозу, как наиболее выявляемым гельминтозам, передающимся от рыб в регионе белорусского Полесья за период с 1960 г. по 2021 г
