In this thesis we will cover the qualitative interview and further research we did to get an answer to our thesis issue; “How do educational leaders work on including children with physical disabilities in the community?”. To find the answer we sought, we have used a qualitative interview with three different educational leaders in three different kindergartens as our method of research. Our purpose with this research was to find out how educational leaders work to have children with physical disabilities be a part of the community of children that attend their kindergarten. Throughout the interviews we found that all our informants focused heavily on the inclusivity term when planning various activities throughout the children’s days. They also stressed the importance of play, and told us about their focus on using play groups to create ease of access to the children who needed such. Our informants then gave us their opinion on having had or currently having a child within their group that had some sort of physical disability, which they all saw as an incredible learning opportunity not only for them, but also for the children they cared for. Lastly, they focused on leadership itself, and talked to us about how they chose to help guide the rest of their personnel group when it came to a new part of their everyday work life
