Abstract
流言:“色香味俱全”是人们对食物的美好评价。食物的品相以及人们身处的用餐环境对食欲有着较大影响。可见,味蕾也是“颜值控”。真相:眼睛——最重要的“味觉”器官眼睛是人体重要的“味觉”器官,能影响人们的味觉体验。有研究表明,人类大脑皮质中有超过一半的区域都参与了视觉处理,而负责味觉的区域却只占大脑皮质的1%~2%。这不仅表明颜色会影响人们对食物的兴趣,还能在一定程度上改变食物的味道
