The Regents began by meeting quarterly in March, June, September and December with a special meeting to be called at graduation for the signing of diplomas. The basic agenda for meetings is: Call to Order Roll Call Reading of Minutes President\u27s Report Communications Bills and Orders Report of Standing Committees Reports of Special Committees Miscellaneous Business
The minutes are photocopies of originals and are arranged in chronological order. For every year there will be information regarding budgets, faculty and staff hired along with salaries, and changes in curriculum. Early minutes include lists of graduates.
