Opinnäytetyössä perehdyttiin ennakkohuoltojen sisältöön ja niiden hallintaan sekä siihen, miten tehostaa toimintaa tulevaisuudessa sekä vireillä olevassa projektissa.
Työ toteutettiin aloittamalla kesällä tietokannan luomisesta Broker Site Manager -ohjelmistoon, johon käytiin noin päivän kestävä perehdytyskurssi. Esityössä listattiin kaikki aktiiviset ennakkohuoltokohteet ja lisättiin ne yksitellen järjestelmään. Listauksen aikana vertailtiin vanhaa ja tulevaa järjestelmää sekä haastateltiin muita työnjohtajia ja kyseltiin asiakkaiden mielipiteitä.
Laskentaohjelman käyttö opeteltiin, jonka kautta Broker Site Manager -ohjelmisto tuli käyttöön. Tämän ohjelman kautta muodostui kokonaiskuva uudesta järjestelmästä ja sen potentiaalisista puolista kokonaisten projektien hoitamiseen.The thesis focused on preventive maintenance and how they are managed and how to
improve the performance in the future and at the ongoing project.
The work was carried out by creating a database for the Broker Site Manager with a day-long introductory course. The pre-work lists of all active pre-service destinations were collected and those were added individually to the system. During the listing the old and the future system were compared, and interviews of relevant managers and collection of customers' opinions were conducted.
The use of a computing program was learned through and as a result the Broker Site Manager program came into use. Through this program, an overall picture of the new system and its potential components for the management of entire projects was formed
