Nuoret kohtaavat elämässään erilaisia haasteita, joista selviytymiseen omat voimavarat eivät välttämättä riitä. Tulevaisuuden kannalta on tär-keää, että nuoret saavat apua ongelmiinsa mahdollisimman varhaisessa vaiheessa. Tajua mut! -toimintamallin avulla voidaan auttaa nuoria varhaisessa vaiheessa monialaisen yhteistyön voimin.
Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on kuvata nuorten kokemuksia Tajua mut! -toimintamallista Riihimäellä. Opinnäytetyön aihe sai alkunsa Rii-himäellä toimivasta Nuorten hyvinvoinnin tutkimustyöryhmästä. Tarkoituksena on, että tämän tutkimuksen tuloksia hyödynnetään toimintamallin kehittämisessä. Opinnäytetyön teoreettisessa osuudessa on kuvattu nuoruutta, ennaltaehkäisevää työtä sekä Tajua mut! -toimintamallia ja siihen liittyviä tutkimuksia Suomessa. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisesti fenomenologis-hermeneuttista lähestymistapaa käyttäen. Aineisto kerättiin yksilöhaastatteluina neljää nuorta haastattelemalla, avoimella haas-tattelumenetelmällä. Aineiston analyysimenetelmä oli aineistolähtöinen sisällönanalyysi.
Tutkimuksen tulokset osoittivat, että nuorten Tajua mut! -toimintamallin kautta saama tuki oli laaja-alaista ja vaikutti myönteisesti nuorten elä-mään. Tajua mut! -toimintamallin markkinoiminen nuorille ja ammattilaisille sekä monialaisen yhteistyön kehittäminen ovat tärkeitä aiheita jatkossa. Olisi hyödyllistä selvittää, miten Tajua mut! -toimintamalli on jäänyt elämään Riihimäellä ja miten se saataisiin aktiiviseen käyttöön eri tahoilla.Young people face different challenges in their lives. It is important for the future that young people get help to their problems as soon as possible. Tajua mut! is an operating model that can help young people at an early stage.
The purpose of this thesis was to describe young people experiences of the “Tajua mut” -operating model in Riihimäki. The theme of the thesis started from the Youth Research Group in Riihimäki. The purpose is that results can be exploited in a development of the operating model. The theoretical basis of the study form to the literatur which is related to the theme and to the description of the “ Tajua mut”-operating model and to the reports and the examinations concerning it in Finland. The research was qualitatively carried out using the approach of a phenomenological and hermeneutical way. The material was collected using individual interviews and interviewing four young person with a method of open interview. The analysis method of the material was a material-based analysis of content.
The results of the study showed that the support what young people get by the “Tajua mut”-operating model was wide-ranging and had a positive impact on their life. Increasing a knowledge of the “Tajua mut”-operating model and a development of a co-operation with different operators are important issues in the future. In Riihimäki they should find out how to get the “Tajua mut”-operating model to active use among different operators
