Opinnäytetyöni aiheena oli tehdä katu- ja rakennussuunnitelmat Puro-laaksonpihasta sekä kirjata erilaisia havaintoja siihen liittyen. Kohde si-jaitsee Espoossa Niipperi II kaava-alueella, jolloin työntilaajana toimi Es-poon kaupunki sekä toimeksiantajana FCG Finnish Consulting Group. Työn tarkoituksena oli suunnitella tilaajalle katu- ja rakennussuunnitelmatie-dostot, oheiset asiakirjat sekä kustannusarvio.
Opinnäytetyössä käydään aluksi läpi yleisiä vaatimuksia, lähtökohtia ja tavoitteita, mitä tarvitaan suunnittelutyössä. Seuraavaksi käydään läpi suunnitteluun vaadittavat ohjelmistot sekä niiden käyttöympäristö, eli mi-tä kullakin ohjelmalla tai sen lisäosalla tehtiin kyseisessä työssä. Tarkaste-lua jatketaan yksityiskohtaisesti jokaisen suunnitelman osalta. Suunnitel-mien jälkeen käsitellään tietomallinnusta, jossa perehdytään mallintami-seen yleisesti sekä kohteen osalta. Lopuksi opinnäytetyössä tarkastellaan mitä kaikkea suunnitteluvaiheen jälkeen tehdään, kuten kustannusarvion ja määräluettelon laatiminen sekä mitä kuvien siivoaminen pitää sisäl-lään.
Työn tuloksena saatiin hyväksytyt katu- ja rakennussuunnitelmat, joita Es-poon kaupunki voi käyttää, kun rakentamisvaihe alkaa. FCG sai puoles-taan onnistuneen projektin, joka myös pysyi suunnitellussa budjetissa sekä aikataulussa.The subject of my Bachelor's Thesis was to make street and building plans for the Purolaakso block of flats yard and to write down some ob-servations about it. The site was located in Espoo Niipperi II, and the commissioner was the City of Espoo and the FCG Finnish Consulting Group. The purpose of the thesis project was to design the street and building plans, the documents associated with these and a cost estimate for the commissioner.
This thesis deals with the general requirements, the starting point and the goals that are needed in such kind of work. Next, we look at the soft-ware required for the design process, as well as their operating environ-ment, examining closely each program or its add-on and its function in this work. The review is continued on a per-project basis looking at each drawing separately. Information simulation is discussed after the plans, which we will take a look at to using on modeling in general and with the target of this project as to focus. Finally, the thesis deals with the process after the design phase, such as making a cost estimate and a list of quan-tities as well as what the cleaning of the images entails.
The work resulted in approved street and building plans that the City of Espoo can use when the construction phase begins in the future. FCG re-ceived a successful project, which also remained within the planned budget. For my part, I got plenty of experience, as well as credits for drawing up these plans
