Perehdyttämisen tarkoituksena on mahdollistaa uuden työntekijän tai opiskelijan tutustuminen tulevaan työympäristöön ja organisaatioon. Hyvällä perehdyttämisellä henkilöstö tuntee työpaikkansa ja sitoutuu tätä kautta paremmin työhönsä. Onnistunut perehdyttäminen nopeuttaa uuden työntekijän ammattitaidon kasvua ja tätä kautta myös tuottavuutta. Hyvällä perehdyttämisellä voidaan myös säästää yrityksen resursseja ja samalla investoida tulevaisuuteen. Tyytyväinen ja motivoinut työntekijä on yritykselle iso voimavara.
Perehdyttäminen on yritykselle erittäin arvokasta, koska sillä mahdollistetaan yhtenäiset työkäytännöt. Sama koskee myös yrityksen laatua ja laadunhallintaa. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli yhtenäistää fysioterapiayrityksen toimintatavat. Tavoitteena oli koota yhdessä työn toimeksiantaja Fysio 2000:n henkilökunnan kanssa perehdytyskansio, jonka tavoitteena on helpottaa uuden työntekijän tai opiskelijan perehdytystilanteita. Samalla kansio toimii yhtenä laadun takaajista ja asiakkaita palvelee aina muiden kanssa yhtenäisen perehdytyksen saanut ammattitaitoinen työntekijä.
Opinnäytetyöhön sisältyy perehdytyskansio, joka on suunnattu Fysio 2000:n henkilökunnan sekä uuden työntekijän käyttöön työhön perehdyttäessä. Perehdytyskansiossa kuvataan yrityksen taustaa ja sen toiminta-ajatusta. Perehdyttämiskansion toteuttamisessa käytettiin apuna yrityksen henkilökunnan mielipiteitä ja toiveita sekä pyrittiin luomaan mahdollisimman yksinkertainen tuotos, jotta kansiosta olisi hyötyä käytännön työssä. Yrityksellä oli valmiina osa tarpeellisista tiedoista koskien perehdytyskansiota ja yksi tärkein tehtävä olikin koota kaikki asiat yksien kansien sisään.The purpose of orientation is to enable a new employee or student to get familiar with the future work environment and organization. The aim of this thesis was to standardize a physical therapy company’s work practices. The goal was to gather together with the employees of Physio 2000 an orientation folder, whose main purpose was to facilitate the orientation of a new employee or student. At the same time, the folder will be one of the guarantors of the quality and the clients will always have a skilled worker who has had the same orientation as the other employees of the company.
This Bachelor's thesis includes an orientation folder, which is intended for Physio 2000 staff, as well as for the use of any new employee, when familiarizing with work. The folder contains a description of the background of the company and its operations. In creating this orientation folder, we made use of the views and wishes of the staff, and we also attempted to make it as simple as possible, so that the folder should be useful for practical work.
