Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli toteuttaa internet-sivut ja niiden yhteyteen verkkokauppa aloittelevalle yrittäjälle. Toimeksiantaja toimii Lopessa ja keskittyy hevosten kylmähoitoihin. Toimeksiantajalla ei ollut aikaisempia internet-sivuja. Opinnäytetyön raportissa käsiteltiin erityisesti verkkokauppajärjestelmiä sekä verkkomaksamista ja sen palveluita. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda toimeksiantajalle yksinkertaiset ja helppolukuiset internet-sivut, joiden yhteydessä toimisi pieni verkkokauppa.
Internet-sivuja ja verkkokauppaa varten tutkittiin ja vertailtiin eri verkkokauppajärjestelmiä, jotta toimeksiantajalle löydettäisiin sopivin vaihtoehto. Verkkokauppajärjestelmiä tutkittiin pääasiassa kustannusten, ominaisuuksien ja käyttötarkoituksien näkökulmasta. Samankaltainen tutkimus ja vertailu toteutettiin myös maksupalveluista.
Opinnäytetyön tuloksena toimeksiantajalle toteutettiin toiminnalliset internet-sivut, joista kuitenki jäi puuttumaan sisältö toimeksiantajan kiireiden vuoksi. Sivuille asennettiin verkkokauppajärjestelmä, joka ei kuitenkaan ole toiminnassa. Verkkokauppa jäi keskeneräiseksi, sillä toimeksiantajan liiketoiminta ei ole vielä alkanut, joten verkkokauppaan tarvittava sisältö ja sopimukset puuttuvat. Opinnäytetyö opetti tekijöille verkkokaupan toteuttamisesta ja sen toiminnasta.The purpose of this thesis was to create website with e-commerce for a new entrepreneur. Client works and operates in Loppi and the company’s main service is cryotherapy for horses. Client didn’t have any previous website. Thesis covers also a study for different e-commerce systems and online paying. Goal of the thesis was to create a website, which is simple and easy to read. The website is supposed to have also a small webshop.
For the website and e-commerce, authors studied different e-commerce systems to find out best solution for the client. Point of view for the study of the e-commerce systems were expenses, features and the use of the the system. Same kind of study was conducted also for the payment services.
As the result of this thesis there is now a working layout of the website but there is no content due to busyness of the client. Website also has installed e-commerce but it is not completely working because the client hasn’t formed company yet and therefore e-commerce is missing content and necessary contracts. Thesis taught a great deal about e-commerce and how it works for the authors
