Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee yritysyhteistyötä eli sponsorointia yhtenä tapahtuman
rahoitusvaihtoehtona. Case-esimerkkinä on Turussa, Logomossa lauantaina 17.1.2015
ensimmäistä kertaa järjestetty lasten festivaali Ipanahipat. Ipanahipat lasten festivaalin
yksityisellä rahoituksella, eli hakemalle tapahtumalle sopivia sponsoreita. Vastuualueenani
Opinnäytetyössäni paneudun erityisesti siihen, miten tuloksellista sponsorihankintaa
kulttuuritapahtumien parissa tulisi tehdä ja miten sponsorointi on muuttanut muotoaan vuosien
saatossa.
imagoon? This thesis studies corporate cooperation, or sponsorship, as one part of financing for an event.
The case example is a children’s festival called Ipanahipat, which was organized in Logomo,
Turku on 17 January 2015 for the first time. The organizer for the event was a local firm called
Tapahtumallinen Oy. The planning started in the spring of 2014 with the aim of organizing a
completely new, experiential event for children in Turku. The event as the first own event to be
planned and implemented by Tapahtumallinen Oy, as there was no outside client.
There were no outside financiers, and since the event was their own, Tapahtumallinen Oy
aimed to finance the event using their own finances as well as private funding, which meant
seeking out suitable sponsors. My responsibilities consisted of planning and implementing the
marketing for Ipanahipat 2015.
In my thesis I focus especially on how successful sponsorship procurement should be done for
culture events, and how sponsorship has changed during the years. I also examined with the
case example Ipanahipat the impact of partners from a marketing perspective; how they impact
the image and marketing of an event
