Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin Kuntoutumiskoti Raussilan Risteys oy:lle. Opinnäytetyön tavoite on selvittää soveltuuko päihdetyöryhmä yrityksen päihdetyön kehittämiseen ja päihdeohjelman kokoamiseen. Työryhmä aloittaa kokoamaan päihdeohjelmaa projektin aikana hyödyntäen yhteistoiminnallisen oppimisen menetelmää.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin toiminnallisena produktina ja toiminnallinen osuus toteutettiin kahtena päihdetyöryhmän tapaamisena. Arviointiin käytettiin kvalitatiivisina menetelminä teemahaastattelua ja kyselykaavaketta. Aineistoon vastasi opinnäytetyön tilaaja ja produktin onnistumista arvioitiin tilaajan palautteen ja projektijohtajan subjektiivisen kokemuksen perusteella.
Päihdetyöryhmätyöskentely soveltuu yrityksen päihdetyön kehittämiseen ja päihdeohjelman kokoamiseen. Motivoituneen työryhmän avulla yhteistoiminnallisen oppimisen palapelimenetelmä on tehokas ja toimiva menetelmä päihdeohjelman kokoamiseen. Työryhmän avulla päihdeohjelman reflektointi mahdollistaa asioiden käsittelyn monitahoisemmin. Projektin myötä työryhmän tehtävä ja rooli yrityksessä alkavat löytää paikkaansa. Projektin käynnistyminen ja ensimmäiset kokemukset ovat lupaavia ja niiden perusteella päihdetyöryhmäprojekti voi muuttua pysyväksi työryhmäksiABSTRACT

This bachelor's thesis was implemented into Kuntoutumiskoti Raussilan Risteys ltd. The study deals with starting the project of drug work. The objective of the thesis was to find out if the project group is suitable for the development of company's drug work and if it enables to manage the drug program. The team starts to assemble the program during the drug work project by using a co-operational learning method.
The study was accomplished as a functional product and the functional part of the thesis was accomplished in two meetings with the work team. Assessments were made by qualitative research methods, the theme interview and a questionnaire. Material was answered by a thesis subscriber. The success of productions was estimated based on the thesis subscriber’s answers and project manager’s subjective experience.
According to the results, the work project is suitable for the development of the company’s drug work and managing the drug work program. With motivated drug team members, the co-operative learning method is an effective and workable method in order to manage the drug work program. By the means of the drug team mem bers, it is possible to reflect the drug program and process more profoundly. Due to the drug project, the drug team has begun to find its task and its own place in the company's organization. The beginning of the project and the first impressions are promising and the drug team project group could now be a permanent work group
