Abstract
A 48-year-old female was seen with chief complaint of th e huge abdominal mass on the left side. C linical diagnosis was made as renal tumor with possibility of retroperitoneal tumor. Operation revealed renal tumor. The kidney was removed and weighed 650 gr a ms. Histological diagnosis was angiomyolipoma. The patient was not compl i c ated with tuberous sclerosis, and this made preoperative diagnosis of this tumor very difficult
