Abstract
The effect of Spasmex for pain due to ureteral stone wa s studied on 31 patients by the double blind method with scopolamine-N-butyl-bromidaes a control drug. 15 of 18 treated with Spasmex and 10 of 13 treated with scopolamine showed clinical response ; and there was statistically no significant difference between the drugs
