Abstract
A 15-year-old boy was seen with a mass in the right abdomen. Examinations suggested crossed ectopia of the right solitary kidney with malrotation. Exploration proved this diagnosis and bilateral absence of the vas deferens as an associated anomaly. This is an extremely rare anomaly, being the first reported case in Japan and the fifteenth in the world literature. Association of other congenital anomalies, especially in the genitourinary system, has to be kept in mind
