We report a case of complete uterine prolapse with bilateral hydroureter. The patient was a 81-year-old woman with complete uterine prolapse suffering from dysuria and urinary incontinence. Bilateral moderate hydroureter happened to be revealed by drip infusion pyelography (DIP) but blood creatinine was normal. Hydroureter was ameliorated by vaginal hysterectomy.
