Abstract
Nephrolith , which has been reported to be efficacious in facilitating the passage of ureteral calculi, was administered to a total of 19 patients with urolithiasis. Of 16 patients with ureteral calculi, 5 passed the stone s pontaneously and 1 experienced some degree of descent of the stone. Of 3 patients with renal ca l culi, none showed any changes. No side effect was encountered
