Abstract
We have had histopathological observation on the e ffect of chemotherapy to tuberculous epididymitis on 10 cases. Total dosis of chemotherapeutic medicines and total number of days of medication before operation are shown on the table in p. 562. In case 5 we observed that highly increasi n g fibrous tissue which enclosed caseous lesions was absorbing and organizing them with fiber cells penetrating into caseous lesion. In case 10 we observed that chemotherapy urged recovery while tubercles were packed by considerably increased fibrous tissue. In case 9 with a large abscess in the tale portion of right epididymis we observed that no fistule has been present due to giving chemotherapeutic medicines for a long time. In other 7 cases scarcely any influence of chemotherapy upon their lesions was observed
