Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa selkeä kuvaus ryhdin tutkimisesta Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulun terveydenhoitajaopiskelijoille. Opetus-DVD:n tarkoituksena on antaa selkeää ja ajankohtaista tietoa ryhtiin vaikuttavista tekijöistä, ryhdin tutkimisesta kouluterveydenhuollossa sekä jatkotutkimuksiin lähettämisestä. Näin pystytään toteuttamaan ennaltaehkäisevää työtä kouluterveydenhuollossa.
Opinnäytetyö tehtiin projektina, joka aloitettiin keväällä 2012 ja saatiin valmiiksi jouluna 2012. Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön teko alkoi teoreettisen viitekehyksen laatimisella. Viitekehys koostuu aiheen kannalta keskeisistä käsitteistä. Teoriaosuus on koottu pääosin kirjoista, jotka käsittelevät ryhdin tutkimista kouluterveydenhuollossa, selän sairauksia ja ryhtiin vaikuttavia tekijöitä. Teoriaosuudessa on hyödynnetty elektronisia julkaisuja, sekä tutkimuksia selän sairauksista.
Teorian pohjalta laadittiin käsikirjoitus, jonka mukaan video kuvattiin. Tämän jälkeen videomateriaali editoitiin, eli muokattiin tietokoneelle ladatulla ohjelmalla opetusmateriaaliksi soveltuvaan muotoon. Tämä poltettiin lopulta DVD:lle, joka on valmis opinnäytetyön tulos.The purpose of this practice-based bachelor’s thesis was to produce a clear de-scription about posture examination to public health nursing students in the Uni-versity of Applied Sciences in Vaasa. This educational DVD is designed to pro-vide current information to public health nursing students about the factors affecting the posture, postural examination in school health and problems that require further examination in specialist medical care. Using these advices students are able to do preventive work in school health.
The bachelor’s thesis was carried out as a project that was launched in spring 2012 and completed in spring 2012. Making this practice-based bachelor’s thesis started with compiling the theoretical frame. The theoretical frame consists of central concepts in this topic. A theoretical part has been assembled mainly with the help of books that deal with the postural examination in school health, back disorders and the factors affecting the posture. Also electronic publications and researches about back disorders were used when writing the theoretical frame.
The manuscript was created based on the theoretical frame. The DVD was filmed following the manuscript. After that the DVD-material was edited to be suitable learning material. An installed program in the computer was used for this. The final product was burned into the DVD that is the final result of our thesis
