Opinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena oli tuottaa projektisuunnitelma Yhteiset Lapsemme ry:lle. Projektisuunnitelma on voimaannuttava perhetyön keskus adoptioperheille. Opinnäytetyöni koostuu projektisuunnitelmasta ja raporttiosuudesta, jossa perustelen ja arvioin tekemiäni valintoja. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää adoptiotoimintaa ja adoptioperheiden tukipalveluita. Lisäksi opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli vastata ajankohtaisiin adoptiotyön haasteisiin ja kehittämiskohteisiin. Projektisuunnitelma rakentui ajankohtaisista tarpeista sekä adoptiotoimijoiden toiveiden ja asiantuntijuuden pohjalta. Apunani käytin haastatteluja sekä aikaisempia tutkimuksia ja kehittämisprojekteja adoptioon ja adoptiopalveluihin liittyen. Näiden pohjalta suunnittelin perhetyön keskuksen toimintaa ja tavoitteita. Opinnäytetyössäni teoreettisena viitekehyksenä käytin voimaantumisteoriaa. Projektisuunnitelmassa tekemiäni valintoja perustelin teoreettisen viitekehyksen, tutkimusten ja kehittämisprojektien sekä haastattelujen pohjalta. Projektisuunnitelmassa projektin tavoitteena on perustaa adoptioperheille perhetyön keskus, joka tukee yksilöllisiä tarpeita ja adoptioperheiden eri elämänvaiheita. Projektin tavoitteena on myös kehittää ja toteuttaa adoptioperheiden elämänhallintaa ja hyvinvointia tukevia palveluja ja toimintamalleja perhetyön keskuksessa. Projektisuunnitelma keskittyy
varhaisen tuen kehittämiseen ja voimavarakeskeiseen perhetyöhön sekä adoptioperheiden erityisen tuen tarpeisiin vastaamiseen. Lisäksi projektin avulla lisätään vertaistuen mahdollisuuksia ja vastataan lapsen huostaanottouhan alla elävien adoptioperheiden tarpeisiin. Projektisuunnitelman arvioinnin tueksi sain palautetta Yhteiset Lapsemme ry:ltä. Palautteen mukaan projektisuunnitelma vastaa työelämän tarpeisiin sekä ajankohtaisiin kehittämishaasteisiin adoptiotoiminnassa ja adoptioperheiden tukipalveluissa. Opinnäytetyöni tukee Yhteiset Lapsemme ry:n adoptiotoiminnan kehittämistä sekä vastaa adoptioperheiden erityisen tuen tarpeen huomioimiseen eri elämänvaiheissa.The purpose of my final project was to produce a project plan for All Our Children. The project plan was the empowering family work center for adoptive families. The final project consisted of the project plan and a report, where I justified and evaluated my choices. The goal of my final project was to develop the adoptive action and the support services for adoptive families. Furthermore, the goal of the final project was to respond to the current challenges of adoption work and focuses of development. The project plan was based on current needs as well as the wishes and expertise of adoption actors.
In my work process I used interviews as well as previous studies and developmental projects in relation to adoption and adoption services. On the basis of these I planned activities and aims of the family work center. As a theoretical framework I used empowerment in my final project. The choices of the project were based on the theoretical context and previous studies as well as developmental projects and interviews. In the project plan the aim of the project was to create the family work center for adoptive families, which supported individual needs and the various phases of life. The aim of the project was also to develop and implement supportive services and operational models for adoptive families` life management and welfare in the family work center.
The project plan focused on developing the early support and the resource-centered family work as well as responding to special support needs. Moreover, the project increased opportunities for peer support and it responded to the needs of adoptive families who lived under the threat of their child being taken into care. I evaluated my final project with the feedback I got from All Our Children. According to the feedback the project plan responds to the needs of working life as well as current developmental challenges of the adoptive action and the support services for adoptive families. My final project gives support to the development of adoptive activities in All Our Children and considers the special support needs of adoptive families in various phases of life
