Disasters and CBRNe Events :wich Medical Management and Training

Abstract

Natural,Incidental,Man-made Disasters are often present in the Human hystory.Actually CBRNe Disasters are often present in specific area.So we are more often National and International problem about on Security and Safety ' people.The better reply to the emergency is rapid action and the better management. The Disasters and the Emergencies of the other countries and the European Directives validated the need to extend the preparedness plan to a more comprehensive approach to emergency management to increase 1)Knowledge 2)Research 3)Management 4)Training.For this purpose a Master CBRN was born in the 2008 by the sinergy of the Medical and Engineering Faculty of the Tor Vergata University at Rome.Actually this Master is changed in "International Post-Graduate CBRN Master Course".It is the first civil Master accredited to CBRN-COE-Nato School and OPCW Organisation. The Master is organized in 2 types: 1)1st Level to training first responders 2)2n Level to traning the decision makers
