Dieser Sammelband enthält ausgewählte Beiträge der Jahrestagung des "Forum Privatheit" 2021. Darin werden die aktuelle Herausforderungen analysiert, die durch die Entwicklung der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) für Privatheit, informationelle Selbstbestimmung, und Demokratie entstehen und wie diese durch Governancemechanismen adressiert werden können.
