The score-rating system of the assessment of an educational activity of students: the experience of the Ural Federal University and Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University

Abstract

In Russia the score-rating system evaluation introduced gradually. But the implementation process is reduced to the modernization of the monitoring and general account of a learning. The analysis of the experience of the Ural Federal University and Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University revealed the existence of shortcomings in this system. Namely: misunderstanding objectives, technical and methodological shortcomings. Also some significant differences revealed in the methods of the implementation of the BRC fnd RSK in different universities, what is contrary to its overall objectives. An exchange of an experience can help performers of different levels to take into these problems in themselves workВ России постепенно внедряется балльно-рейтинговая система оценивания. Несмотря на масштабные цели, процесс внедрения сводится к модернизации текущего контроля и общего учета успеваемости. Анализ опыта работы Уральского федерального университета и Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета в рамках данной системы выявил наличие недоработок, снижающих эффективность ее применения. А именно: непонимание целей, технические и методические недочеты. Выявлены, кроме того, существенные различия в способах реализации БРС и РСК в разных университетах, что противоречит ее общим целям.
