Abstract
The paper offers an attempt to interpret the poetics of V. Drozd’s prose in terms of the theory of cinematographic art. The author demonstrates that characteristic features of cinematographic segmentation of space can be revealed in the manner of narrative visualization of the known Ukrainian writer of the 2nd half of the 20th century. Artistic functions and style nature of verbal analogues of cinematographic imagery have been clarified.У статті поетику прози В. Дрозда зінтерпретовано з погляду теорії кіномистецтва. Автор доводить, що характерні засоби кінематографічного членування простору можна виявити й у манері візуалізації викладу в доробку відомого українського письменника другої половини ХХ ст. З’ясовано художні функції і стильову природу вербальних аналогів кінематографічної образності
