Childbirth in emergency medical system environment

Abstract

Poród w warunkach Systemu Państwowego Ratownictwa Medycznego. Celem tej pracy jest opis postępowania w przypadku porodu w Systemie Ratownictwa Medycznego. Autor w pracy próbuje zebrać i zaprezentować wszystkie aktualne wytyczne i standardy postępowania w przypadku przyjmowania porodu w systemie pomocy doraźnej. Praca zakończona jest wnioskami autora nad obecnym stanem przygotowania oraz funkcjonowania Państwowego Ratownictwa Medycznego w przypadku udzielania pomocy pacjentce rodzącej. Autor w pracy rozpatruje tylko fizjologiczny, prawidłowy poród, bez powikłań oraz patologii.Childbirth in emergency medical system environment. The aim of this thesis is to describe the proceedings in case of delivery among the emergency medical system. The author tries to gather and present all current guidelines and standards concerning delivering birth within the emergency medical service conditions. The thesis ends with with author's findings on current level of readiness of the emergency medical system to assist a patient giving birth. Only physiologically correct delivery, without any complications or pathologies is considered by the author
