FINANCE DIGITALE ET PERFORMANCE FINANCIERE DES PME : QUEL ROLE MODERATEUR DE LA CRISE DU COVID-19 ?

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to measure the impact of digital finance on the company financial performance. The data was collected from a sample of forty-one small and medium enterprises active in the greater Agadir. The results obtained, through an analysis of structural equations, showed that the convenience of digital financial services and transaction costs have significant effects on the financial performance of SMEs. While the results also noted the lack of significance of the hypothetical relationships, of ease of use, perceived security and accessibility to digital financial services, with financial performance. In addition, the results invalidated equally the moderating role of the Covid-19 crisis consequences on the relationship between digital finance and financial performance of SMEs
