metabolism and lipid disturbances in patients with CAD was studied. Lipid profiles changes in
patients with CAD may be influenced by genotypic and allelic frequencies difference of ApoB
and ApoE gene.
A fost studiat impactul markerilor polimorfi ai genelor ce determină metabolismul
apolipoproteinelor B, E şi perturbările lipidice la pacienţii cu CPI. Dereglările profilului lipidic la
pacienții cu CPI s-ar putea atribui parţial prin diferenţa frecvenţelor genotipice şi alelice ale
genelor APOB și APOE
