Hệ thống pháp luật quản lý nhà nước về ĐTN cho LĐNT tạo cơ sở pháp lý điều chỉnh các quan hệ xã hội quan trọng phát sinh trong lĩnh vực ĐTN tại nông thôn, bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích của các chủ thể tham gia quan hệ về ĐTN và là cơ sở để các cơ quan, đơn vị, cá nhân thực thi quy định của pháp luật. Tuy nhiên, thực tế tồn tại một khoảng cách nhất định giữa quy định pháp luật và thực tiễn áp dụng. Bài viết đánh giá thực trạng quy định pháp luật quản lý nhà nước về ĐTN cho LĐNT và thực tiễn áp dụng trên địa bàn tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế, từ đó đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả áp dụng pháp luật quản lý nhà nước về ĐTN cho LĐNT trong giai đoạn hiện nay
